Systems Administrators (Windows/UNIX/Linux) 

Our Systems Administrators (Windows/UNIX/Linux) use extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to administer, manage and troubleshoot customer systems. You will be the primary system administrator and support point of contact for specific clients. Extensive contact with customers is required to manage their environments, identify issues, research and analyze problems, implement new solutions and applications, and resolve critical system issues and problems.

 

Qualifications:

- Concepts, principles and practices of systems administration.

- Application and web technologies.

- Architecture of assigned systems and supported operating systems.

- Monitoring tools to ensure required availability of assigned systems.

- Policies and procedures used in IT and how they affect assigned systems.

- Active Directory and DNS.

- Disaster recovery technologies including backup, recovery and high availability.

- Virtualization concepts and technologies.

- Network and security concepts and technologies.
